£5.38 spends for me this week so far; I know it's only Tuesday! Bit annoyed at the moment because the teacher at work has told the kids to pester us all for sponsoring money; the bar has been set at £5 per child! I'm getting a little annoyed at having to keep telling them that I have no money and therefore can't afford to blow £20 like that, when it needs to go towards my credit card!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -
Ah! another challenge. Excellent. I challenge myself to not spend more than £20 from yesterday up to and including Friday. I further challenge myself to not spend over £100 on shopping on Saturday (this should cover a 2 week period though).Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)

Welcome newbies and oldbies. First post updated let me know if I have missed anything.
Again nothing to report, work has been too busy for me to leave my desk hence no spends. Think I will need to get something for lunch tomorrow as I don't have anything suitable in the fridge.

Overbudget already I'm afraid. Had to buy some medicine today and some takeaway last night (as it was a bit late) so have ended up so far this week spending £20.77!! Granted I have frittered away £1 on a lottery ticket today but I will just make a concerted effort to save on the weekend shop, as any extra I have spent during the week means less to spend on the weekend.Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)

I'm working two night shifts this week and have an awful habit of popping to Tesco on the way home, usually to get milk/bread etc, but coming out with some kind of junk food.
I'm hoping to tie this in with my goal to lose weight, I've put on nearly two stone in the last year and a bit.
I'm on £69.95 at the moment, childcare is paid for.
I managed to make the journey home from work this morning without spending money, although I'm working again tonight and will need to buy bread on the way home tomorrow morning.
Also need to budget £1 for my Son to take to school for RND on Friday.0 -

Just out of interest, what takeaway did you have? Maybe see if you can get a similar ready meal to keep in the freezer at home for occasions when you might be tempted?0 -
