Template letter to request interest is frozen?

Hi,

I know I have seen good examples of template letters on here to send to creditors requesting that they freeze interest, and I wondered if anyone can help?

I'm on a DMP and only one of my five creditors have frozen interest. I'm fully aware that creditors don't have to do this, but I would like to write to them and at least ask. My DMP payments with these four creditors is not really making any difference because of the interest they are still applying. Which makes it all feel pointless, as I feel I will never be debt free.

I would be grateful if anyone can help.
