I had a telemessage from citicards yeaterday saying if i fail to contact them within 72 hours someone will visit me at home!! I have sent them several letters in the past 2 months explaining my situation and have also sent CCCS my info and sent out CCCS letters to my creditors. what is this all about? why are they not taking any notice of my letters can they realy send someone round my house? Just when I thought I was getting on top of things this happens and I feel terrible again. Any one had this happen to them?

Sounds just like an empty threat. If and i doubt they ever will, come round. You don't have to answer the door to them or let them in.0

I had a telemessage from MBNA with the same threat - nothing has happened.
It is just to scare you into paying them money, don't worry about it!0 -
