Confused

We received a CCJ in February which was a Forthwith Judgement. We are currently on a DMP and have no spare money to pay the amount on the CCJ. We duly completed a N245 and retruned the papers within time, offereing the £27 we pay on our DMP. On thursday we received the Variation Order (determination) and the Court ordered we pay £50 per month commencing 4th April. The Order is dated 4th March 2011. However today we received a letter from Eversheds confirming thye had a Interim Charging Order with a hearing on 21st April at Cardiff CC.

My question is how can they apply for a charging order when ony 2 days earlier we received a Variation Order to pay £50. Should I contact the Courts/Eversheds or Payplan who run our DMP to find out what is hapening?
