Do I need to do anything???

Hi guys
I have been having a feud with welcome finance for some time over a ppi claim on 5 old accounts. I have also complained that the default notice & the CCJ that has since come about are not legally enforcable because the legal proceedings were started & finished when a correct default notice was not in place.
Today I have recieved a letter from welcome telling me that they had upheld my complaint that the default was not inplace when legal proceedings were brought about and there fore should not have been started.
To put this right they say they are filing an adjustment with experian to mark the default as settled and are removing the CCJ gained against me.
I dont know what to do now so I have a few questions:
do I need to get intouch with the court for something to prove that the CCJ is cancelled so experian will remove it from my file?
what will happen next bearing in mind the ppi claim is £2k more than the debt owed, if they serve a new default & begin court proceedings should i ask to wait for the outcome of the ppi investigation because the amount owed is disputed?
do i have grounds for compensation seen as they illegally filed proceedings and gained judgement against me?
what is the position with regards to the court not ensuring the proceedings were valid or legal?
any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance
