Dear Vulture,
Account Number[?????]
Thank you for your letters.I am now in a positon to respond and apologise for not responding sooner, and for missing payments. This was due to circumstances beyond my control.
I realise that my debt has spiraled out of control, but i have now taken the bulls by the horn so to speak, and am ready to make you offers.
I have contacted the Consumer Credit Counselling Service, who have been most helpful, and have worked out a Debt Managemnet Plan, that will get you your money back, and also be affordable to me.They will,or have been in touch, and i have also sent you information 3 weeks ago to tell you this.
The first payment to you will be on 27th December and hope that this is acceptable to all parties concerned.
What i would ask of you is a suspension of all intrest payments and charges, and any further action on your behalf, and hopefuly we will be able to work together to resolve my debts.
Please contact me in writing if need be.
Yours Faithfuly
Brassiscks.
So what do you all think.Any further advice i can add to this.

I would suggest that as you are going through CCCS, you might want to say that any further letters regarding the debt should be addressed to them enclosing whatever ref number CCCS has given you. After all isn't that part ot their service that THEY deal with it so you don't have to deal with creditors?
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Great. (Although calling them 'vultures' is probably not the best way to achieve a satisfactory response!)
