Gpn?

I received a letter this morning from pension scheme and it says "When calling the Center for any personal information you will need to quote your GPN". Can someone tell me what this is and how do I get a GPN?

This sounds like UBS which my employers administer. They have to use the American spelling of Center on instruction from the client. I don't deal with the scheme myself but think it stands for Group Personnel No. You should, though, be ok if you use your NI number when calling. Any problems PM me & I'll have a look Monday.

Thank you Richard. Yes indeed it is UBS. I don't think there's a group personnel number on the paperwork I've got. I can always send them the paperwork I've got on Monday.
