The current agreement is fairly irrelevant tbh, it will just be a print off, of your current terms. They do need to provide a copy if its not the same as the original but the important bit is the original agreement.0

ok a bit unclear , Link want to send me present terms & conditions on A4 not the origonal , standard mbna application form which is standard for them to reply with will probably be sent , is it the case that i need to recieve a clear copy of the origonal agreement with the terms & conditions embodied for it to be legal i need this clarified before tackling them & others.0

I would recommend you join All About Debt Forums and get him to have a look at what they sent.
The thing is they can get away with a lot in regards to a CCA request as rules have changed a bit, however if they wanted to ever take it to court they would need the original wet copy. My view is if they have the original then why not send a photocopy rather than reconstituted ones?0 -
looking at some of the reports on recent court cases i need someone to explain to me in plain english what a reconstituted agreement must contain & what it means.0

Off the top of my head.
Heading: Credit agreement regulated by the cca .....
Name of the creditor and debtor
Amount of credit or credit limit(can just be a reference to it if a credit card ie "we will notify of your credit limit shortly....."
Repayment details which will either be a figure for a loan or a percentage if its a credit card and how often the payments are due.
APR.
Signature box/Tick box if post 2004 for online agreements.
Statement of your cancelation rights.
I really urge you to check that other site or Consumer Action Group forum as i'm really no expert and only know what I know from reading elswhere and my own experience0
