Form 6.83 recieved from OR re property but dont understand it?

Tried calling them today.... Officer dealing with my case is not available until tomorrow but will call me back. What did concern me was when i asked about BTL in general and the buy back procedure, if there was one one I was told that normally they dont deal with them but they appoint an IP to collect rent etc.

My T pays cash every week, and does not know about my BR, also I meet him at different times each week, sometimes fri night, sometimes sunday morning to pick up rent,

This has got me really concerned now, wish they just had a formula in place to take into account property value, negative equity, rental income and come up with a formula to make a buyback amount...

and as per usual they never rang.....They make me sick. Why cant there just be a hard and fast set of rules or guidelines they have to adhere to instead of leaving people in turmoil.

Nothing at all happened, no returned phone call from OR, no further correspondence, nada

Lol, my names John, I put Nada as in NIlch, zip, diddly
This was on my buy to let property and nothing has happened it hasnt reverted back tom me nor have i had any further correspondence regarding it. My 3 years have passed but on my residential i got a different letter telling me that it would revest automatically, it didnt so I had to chase and it has now.

I think I agree with debtinfo. Seems like that letter was sent out by mistake.

A bit 'off' that you haven't had a reply to your query about that though.

No Fermi, I gathered as much, TBH I'm passed caring. I was just replying to the other poster who resurrected this thread, perhaps someone could give her the benefit of their wisdom, I'm cluless :-)
