90% LTV Mortages, Advice, Help, Suggestions Anything !

    I recently got a mortgage from HSBC 90% LTV and only 4.99% this may be slightly different now, only £99 fee and survey was only £150 definately worth checking them out.

    Were you an existing borrower with them or a first time buyer?
