Thanks for posting - it's been on a couple of times before though https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3090774 so I wrote a limeric

There was a young lady from Leeds
Who swallowed a packet of seeds
From out of her a*se,
Shot great tufts of grass
And her garden was covered in weeds
