Nope no phone call they dont have an appeals process.

Oh, goodness, no! As King says, they only have one 'appeals' outcome - 'Denied'.

Seriously, giving them contact details like a phone number will only cause you grief. If it's not a council parking ticket, it's not a parking ticket at all. If they do send you any letters demending payment, last year Watchdog on the BBC had a lawyer specialising in traffic law on who demonstrated what to do with a private parking company invoice - he folded it into a paper plane and chucked it away!
