Thank you Fermi and Winner and everyone who has affered advice. Just an update really, I received a letter from Cap Quest today saying that they have put the account on hold for 28 days whilst they source the information I requested. So just a matter of waiting now!0

It sounds like they are referring back to the original creditor so maybe they don't have a valid CCA0 -

So presumably they are now running to try and find a CCA and/or the information required for a statement of account.
