I have never asked for this company to contact me,they have sent 12 text messages and an application form to my OLD ADDRESS with a loan account number on.I don't know how they found me but i can't get rid,BEWARE

FLM Loans are part of the Richmond Group Ltd, based in Bournemouth.

You should write a letter and state That they are not to use your personal data and or sell it on any other company, also write that if they contact you again you will issue a small court claim for breach of Data Protection and report them to the ICO.

This should put a stop to any further contact.

I have mailed them and told them to suppress my info.I never asked,wanted or needed a loan and i wouldn't use them if i did.They replied they would remove my info from there database and would not charge me a fee .!!!!!! what fee,i never asked for anything.12 texts,numerous calls and an application form with my details filled in sent to an address i do not live at but thankfully was forwarded to me.BEWARE RICHMOND GROUP.
