Trouble with blackheath loans (oh what a suprise)

I was wondering if someone could give me advice. Basically I took a loan out of £1,000 with blackheath loans in 2007, after numerous problems with this shoddy company I finally paid off the ammount in febuary 2010. I ran in to trouble with the company after my final payment as they tried to tell me I owed them 3 months still. Of course I contacted my bank to obtain proof that i paid the loan off.

I sent blackheath the proof and of course they came back and said it was fine. Since then I have checked my credit report that they have put defaults on my account from jan 2010 to june 2010 and stated the account is in arrears!! I have sent them countless emails requesting they remove this but suprise no answer, I would take them to court but I simply can not afford it right now.

I would appreciate any advice on how I can get these scumbags to clear these false defaults from my file.

Thanks
