Most lenders would be ok, with this providing it is 60+, less than 60, and a few drop out, run it past a broker, who will get you the best deal with a qualifying lender.I am a mortgage adviser.You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
