OK I am losing my patience now, I'm not sure I am in the correct section but here goes.

I opened a trial account with Call Credit Check which I intended to cancel once I had a quick look, I am already subscribed to Experian which is fine.

I regsitered with my card details a week ago, however my password didn't work on their system, I clicked the forgotten password link but it then asks me a secret question..........which is not the one I set up with them

I have sent them an email each day asking to be contacted and had not one response at all, basically I am being ignored and they are not contactable by telephone.

What sort of modern day organisation is this, I want to cancel my contract with them before I get charged but I cant even log on !!!

Call Credit are useless IMO - Out of the 3 agencies they are the most difficult to deal with. they don't appear to be as big or as professional as the other two.

When I had problems with them after moving house last year -I headed up every email to them with the title "Complaint" in big block capitals and eventually got sorted.

    Good luck!
  • Call Credit ....... Please stay well clear of this company.

They do not respond to Emails - I've now sent eight (8) to
Customer Care (What a joke, should say Customer we don't care)
Letters - five (5), no response,
cancellations@callcreditcheck.com, just the one (1) so far ....... still no response .....

They have taken £12.00 from my account (28th February 2011), five (5) months after I cancelled my free subscription !!!

I'm spitting feathers with this crooked crowd of cowboys, how dare they help themselves to my money, sit on my bank details etc.......

I've given them 7 days to respond, after which I will go to the FSA and the Information Commissioner.

    This is FRAUD.....

Don't touch this company, stick with Experian and Equifax.

    To be continued.....

I am trying to sign up to callcredit to get my stat report. Won't accept my card details and they've not responded to any emails... hope there's nothing untoward on there that I can't fix 'coz I can't see it!

    Useless!
Here to offer help and advice, and maybe take a little in return.

Whilst I am happy to share my knowledge, I am in no way a professional... I can not therefore accept responsibility for inaccurate info, I ask that you take professional advice rather than rely totally the info provided by myself

Agree with the above ..useless and never worked for me. I have no idea how they stay in business. Experian and Equifax...way to go.

I will watch my bills carefully to see if down line they scam me for £12 or whatever.
