Microwave recipes??

Hi,
I don't know if I've posted this in the right place but we're due to lose our kitchen on Monday for 3 weeks while our builder is installing a new kitchen and finishing off our kitchen extension.

All we will have to do meals is a microwave(combi oven) and a steamer.

I have 4 children to feed before their parents pick them up and I don't know what to do other than do fish etc in the steamer.

Has anyone got any microwave recipes for mince, fish etc?

Any help would be much appreciated!!
