Halifax rates for Mortgage switch?

Hi everyone,

I see Halifax has pulled their rates for existing customers from their website. Does anyone know what they're currently offering for 70% equity for 3 and 5 years for an existing customer to switch to?

Thanks

Peter

Ask them, why not phone up their mortgage centre and ask them, or pop into a branch and speak to their mortgage advisor.

I've been told the web is just a guide and it's down to your personal circumstances what rate they offer.
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Do you mean a 30% loan to value, or 30% equity in the property?

What do you want for three or five years?

    Upto 75% LTV there's a 3 yr fix at 4.79% fee free

    Upto 75% LTV there's a 3 yr tkr at 3.39% fee free

    Upto 75% LTV there's a 5 yr fix at 5.29% fee free

The rates are slightly better for LTV of 60% or less.
