Justified spending?

This isn't very DFW but I spent £1.39 on 4 packs of biscuits and a big chocolate bar...
My question is... as I'm buying said biscuits and chocolate to feed my pregnancy cravings surely this can be classed as essential spending and so be ok DFW-wise? :p
I would have made my own money-saving-old-styleee but I need them NOOOOOOOOOOWWWW.....! :D

LOL. Dread to think what the woman at the til thought as I didn't buy anything else except biscuits and choccie!

The joys of pregnancy eh?

  • Thats not a bad price for 4 packs of biscuits and big bar of chocolate - I take it they were on bogof and weren't brand names lol

When I was pregnant, I craved McDs chocolate milkshake and would go out of my way to take a detour there, and if anyone asked me if there was anything I wanted at the shops, they'd have to queue for ages at lunchtimes!

Anything that you can keep down is worth the money.

I still remember my first pregnancy with twins - I turned green with nausea and sickness!

  • Sorry!

Kids love the mixture pack of biscuits in the value range.

Next question is - have you eaten them ALL yet?

The chocolate didn't even make it out of tesco car park! Have had 3 digestives to far but am tryiny to make them last longer than the 12 hours the last pack lasted! After those I've got chocolate bourbons, chocolate digestives and rich tea. :D:D:D

That made me laugh - I remember it well! I had to explain myself the other week when I bought two bottles of gin - had to explain to the girl that we were making damson gin, not having a quiet night in!

I guess while you wolf that lot you could have the brownies/choc muffins etc in the oven...? My current undoing is gingercake, huge big ones squidgy in the middle. Wish I'd never found the recipe!
