Woolwich Mortgage Porting

Hi All, his is my first post on here and I'm hopeful that someone could help out. I have a mortgage offer in place from the Woolwich via Barlays. It is a two part mortgage the first part being a ported product from a house that I sold last year in October and the second part is a normal tracker. My problem sits with the ported product, I have now had 8 mortgage offers from the Woolwich which states the Product Availablity Date of part 2 but no reference to the ported product. My mortgage advisor states that as we will be completing our sale after a six month period of paying off the original mortgage we cannot port the mortgage over however it does not state this anywhere in the Woolwich offer, Woolwich will not confirm this in writing but I do not want to get to completion date and get refused the deal. Anyone had a similar case or any advice, I seem to be getting nowhere fast with my broker or Woolwich.

I seem to recall somehting like this that there is a window where you must redraw the funds within a certian period, have a look at the original T&C's there may be something in them.
I can get mine out and have look but they are not handy.0 -
If you have paid a penalty that will be refunded provided you redraw within 6 months, I would assume the 6 month period also relates to porting products?I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
