Removing information from Credit file

    Is there some way to have that information removed considering that they cancelled the charges as it wasnt actually my fault.

    yes. if it was their fault then they are recording misleading information.

    complain to the creditpr. dispute the default through the credit refernce agency.

    make a complaint through the financial ombudsman and information commissioner if needed.
