Credit Card Debt...

Hiya peeps
Right, ive had a letter from HFO - NOT the proof of debt however!!
Here it is:
72 - HOUR NOTICE OF LITIGATION
Dear (Name)
Your account: Barclaycard
Amount Owing: £791.86
It is with regret that we note, it has now become clear to us as you are refusing to pay your debt. Our investigation into your account is now complete and we can confirm that your case has been qualified for litigation. You will see that the balance of your debt is beginning to increase.
You are now on a 72 - hour notice of litigation. We should warn you that if we do not hear from you within 72 hours, your account will be passed to our solicitors for legal action. This will result in an immediate increase in the balance of your debt because HFO's legal fee's will be added to your debt. You can avoid this by calling us immediately.
Once our solicitors have reviewed your case they will issue a claim form against you in the county court. The cost of litigation will be added to your debt: this includes court fee's, accrued interest and further solicitors costs. When we have obtained the County Court Judgement against you, the cost of enforcing our judgement will be added to your debt. You should seek advice from your own solicitor if your in any doubt as to the seriousness of your situation. Your solicitor will also have to explain how we can inforce our judgement against your income and any assets you may have. You may refer to the attached information leaflet from "Her Majesty's Court Service", which highlights legal consiquences in the event of non payment of your debt.
We hope the above is clear and you can see how your continuing failure to contact us is costing you a significant amount of money. You can put a stop to all this by calling me on (number) within the next 72 hours.
(name)
HFO Services Limited.
Attached is an 11 page document - I cannot pay my judgement - what do I do?
So...
They clearly havent felt the need to send any proof of the debt, so I am assuming that they dont actually have it! So what letter do I send them now, can anybody advise me? I have got the proof that the initial letter ('prove it') was delivered and signed for - should I send them a copy of that at the same time as any other letter i may have to send?
Ta chucks!
6 debts down - 1 to go: just over £1000 though, soon soon....
Staying happy and positive through 2011 (hopefully!) :j0
