    UPDATE:

    I went to my branch today. The guy told me it had been locked by the fraud team, so I rang them, and it turned out someone had cancelled my card and requested a new one. Not sure how.

    But on to the joint account, I paid money in to the account to get it back down to -490 (£10 under the overdraft limit). Now I'm going to get my name taken off the account and the ex will pay me the £200 I put in to the joint account today.

    Also, turn out NatWest have been charging £6 A DAY since 11 Feb (£180 so far) and were going to add this to the account on 1 April. However the guy on the phone said since I'm paying off the debt today, they would waive all those charges.

    Please get yourself a new account with another bank.

    Just in case anything happens, please give the bank a letter telling them that any further debits from this account require your signature as well as your ex's, otherwise she can take out more money at your expense.
