Yes.

Way back in 1991, I worked for Mr Maxwell as Captain on his boat the Lady Ghislaine. On or about bonfire night in that year, I remember we were cruising around the Canary Islands. I asked him if he would consider paying a bit more into my pension, but he swore at me. Went a bit mad! Ranted and raved and called me all the names under the sun.

So I just kicked him where it hurts and threw him overboard.

I'm not sure he could swim.......
