Fixed deal ending Jan 2012...

Our Mortgage 5 year fixed rate deal is going to end in Jan 2012,
We are with Accord Mortgages
Now we dont want to wait untill Jan 2012 to ring them, but was wondering is there anything we can be doing in the coming months? can we ask for another fixed rate now before this one ends???

Just asking has anyone done anything before the fixed rate ends?

    It is too early to contact your lender - wait until 6 months before and then go see a mortgage adviser for help on going through your options.
