I subscribed last Friday and received a confirmation on Monday. Just checked bank account and no money taken yet. It does state to allow upto 21days for delivery and it may contain 3 issues. Payment should be charged every 2 issues from issue 3 and the first 2 payment might be close together.

Am i being stupid? i received an email straight after inputting my details, it states my payment method, which options i selected and my name/address etc, but i can see no customer ref number, it just states;
This is to confirm that we have received your subscription and will process it shortly.


This was sent on the 12/3/11 and i have heard nothing since!

and ive sent two emails to the above address with no reply!

I have also signed up for the subscription, some really good freebies. Just hope we get the ones advertised and not substitutes ! No signs of it as yet though..

I would give them a call, I received an email confirming my subscription but I must have deleted it, so I have no idea what was on it.

Hmmmm, well i have to say they do not appear to be very prepared for this! Not impressed, if i didnt do so much baking i wouldn't bother after all the effort!

Are the free offers really worth it? i have scales already & the tins look a bit naf? has anyone recieved theres yet? i think i will wait and see what comes after issue 5

Managed to grab the last 2 Issue 1 (free cupcake cases) copies in WH Smiths Felixstowe. Overheard staff talking about getting some more in...

I had considered a subscription myself but with all the hassle you guys are having its put me off! Hope you all get sorted soon x

I've given up trying to find issue 1, so just gonna give them a bell and hopefully they;ll order me some back copies. At that price it'd be rude not to buy a few copies.

Hi everyone, for the people who've missed this - the first batch of issues were sent to subscribers at the start of this week. This was the planned shipping date, as we wanted to wait a week after #1 had reached the shops and the TV ads had appeared.

If you subscribed before Monday 14th March, then your issues are now on their way to y...ou. The first delivery includes issues 1-3 and the 1st free gift (the binder).
