any timescales on this?
No definite ones that I'm aware of, but the budget is perilously close and these guys like to work fast. That said, news reports this evening suggested that talks about change to pension schemes between government and the unions are scheduled to last until June anyway.
The Independent Commission behind the report have suggested that all changes can be implemented by the end of the current Parliament in 2015.0
