Hi,
have noticed 2 CCJ's on my credit report, which are not mine and belong to my father who has the same name as me and lives at the same address.
Please could you inform me the steps as I have to take to get these removed from my credit report.
Also how I find out what company has given him these two CCJ's as it just states in the report "Court: NORTHAMPTON" and the case numbers. Who would I need able to contact.
And how can I stop his CCJ's being conected to me?
Thanks

EDIT: As we do live at the same address, my father is unwilling to co-operate in this matter, I have been able to photocopie his passport and I am able to provide an photcopie of my driving licence and birth cert.0

Northampton Court is the bulk processor of CCJs.
All CCJs are listed on the Registry Trust on-line website but it might be cheaper to call Northampton to find out who is the creditor (RT are £8).
You need to find out what documentation the creditor holds re the debts. Any chance that dad has used your DoB to obtain credit? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

I have had a look Northampton County Court website and there are a few numbers on there, I am unsure on which one would be the correct one? Any help Thanks. And how easy is it to find out what the CCJ's are for?0 -
I have contacted the Registry Trust via phone and they have told me contact the Northampton County Court.
I have phoned the County Court and they are unable to tell me what the jugements are for, as they belong to my father. They are going to send me a booklet out with information on what to sent to the credit agenices.0
