BT - Talktalk and CSL Debt Collectors = Daylight robbery

A brief summary of my situation...
Last year I was a customer of talktalk, and was in a contract,
then I started getting phonecalls from BT offering me a better package, cheaper etc (so i thought)... Eventually I relented and agreed to sign up with BT, I explained I was already in a contract with talktalk, they asked how long for, and I said I had been a customer for 12 months... "Dont worry, we will take care of all the transfer, you dont have to worry about a thing etc..." then a few weeks later, ( my BT equiptment hadnt turned up for over a month, but still got billed, but thats another story), I get a letter from talktalk 'fining me' £120 for contract breakage, I spoke to BT about this, and they offered me £90 credit on my bill as a "goodwill gesture"... while all this was going on, before I knew it, Talktalk had then passed the debt on to a company called CSL Credit solutions... I got in touch with them, and agreed to pay monthly direct debits of £30 to cover the debt, I gave them all my details, it is visible on my Online banking page, BUT.... CSL havent been taking any payments at all, BUT charging me late payment fees of £30 everytime, I then phoned up CSL, and paid £60 over the phone with my debit card to bring the matter to a close...BUT, only to recieve a letter from talktalk, billing me for £120, CSL had taken the £60 and then promptly charged me a £90 fee...thus bringing my debt back up to the orignal amount.... I really do not know what to do know, talktalk have washed their hands completely, saying its not their problem anymore and to deal with CSL, but everytime I pay CSL, they just add whatever I've paid back as a debt plus £30... e.g If I pay £30 they charge me £60..... No one seems to know what to do and I am being robbed every month.... It is driving me completely insane...
