Good news for mortgage payers but bad news for savers.
With inflation running at 4.8% the currency is losing it's value...
I assume everyones waiting for the property market to "pick up" and holding their prices but again what are the bank of England waiting for unless it's for the value of the pound sterling to drop so low that we move to euros?
I wonder if they're hoping we'll get bailed out like Ireland and Greece?
Everyones holding or increasing their house selling prices and a rate interest hike would force some more realistic pricing.0 -
Bad news for us savers, we are being robbed to bail out reckless borrowers.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
