    Fair enough but if the application (and its acceptance) was based on how she runs her current account, will the fact shes on benefits for disability really have any negative impact?

    i honestly dont know, all barclays will see it that her circumstances are different to what are stated on the system and the application and they may or may not choose to believe it was not intentional deception, all she can do is talk to them
