1. The draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), aged 21 or over, except employees and their immediate families of BMW Group companies or associated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with them.
2. No purchase necessary. You will be automatically entered into the draw when you request a test drive or a brochure. Only one entry per person.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 15/05/2011. We cannot accept any responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged before reaching us. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
4. The winner can choose one prize experience. The prizes consist of EITHER a "Feed the Animals" 1 -night break to Hertfordshire for 2 people which includes return travel to Hertfordshire, 1 Nights accommodation at a boutique hotel in Hertfordshire and Big Cat Feeding experience OR a "Keep on the Grass" 1 -night break to St Andrews for 2 people. The prize includes return travel to St Andrews, 1 Nights accommodation at a boutique hotel in St Andrews, Dinner for two and a round of golf at the Royal St Andrews Golf Course OR a "Ball Games Allowed" 2 -night break to Barcelona for 2 people which includes 2 return economy flights from a London Airport to Barcelona, 2 Nights accommodation at a boutique hotel in Barcelona and a guided tour of the Nou Camp stadium.
5. Trip must be taken by the end of November 2011, subject to availability, but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended.
6. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes are not transferable without our prior written agreement and no cash alternative is available.
7. There will be one winner. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received. The draw will not be subject to any appeal and no correspondence concerning the drawing of the winners will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by email* and/or letter within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.
9. The winner may be featured in promotional material and be required to take part in other PR activity without entitlement to any financial reward. Details of the winner will be available from the promoter by sending a SAE within 28 days of the draw date to the address below.
10. Entrants agree these rules by entering into the prize draw. These rules are governed by English law.
