Mortgage for a boat

Hi
My boyfriend and I are saving to get a house and have just spotted a houseboat up for sale in the exact town we would love to live in. The thing is borrowing the money to possibly buy the place. Does anyone know of a company who you would borrow the money from for a houseboat? I'm not sure that you could borrow a normal mortgage could you from a bank or somewhere?
The houseboat is up for sale for £70 (though I'm not sure I'd pay that much for it)!
Thanks for any advice and help.

Try https://www.lombardmarine.co.uk or just type marine mortages in google and see what comes up.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
