How much food are you having?

Im trying to decide if we need to put more food on for our guests?
Wedding is a 2 at church, then reception drinks around 3.30, then wedding breakfast sitting down at 4.30ish of starter, roast dinner and wedding cake for dessert. Then for evening reception i will have a dessert table with cupcakes and cookies and having hot bacon and sausage sandwiches at 9.30pm.
How does this compare with your plans?
Do you think i need to provide more?

We are having service at 1.30pm. Reception starts at about 3 with welcome drinks then a cream tea which would be at about 4ish. We're having a sit down meal at about 7ish but without a proper dessert due to the earlier scones and along with wedding cake later in the evening there's probably enough sweet things. We are going to have a sweetie buffet set up though for people to pick at.

I think the amount of food you have planned sounds absolutely perfect.

We are having ceremony at 4:30, hot canapes and a welcome drink on arrival at the venue and silver served buffett at 7:30

Your day seems similar to mine same timings really. I did wonder about canapes but thought people could wait as dinner would be soon.
