I got one of these sent through recently from kingsmill. Has 3 x 20p coupons on the back inside cover. Nice recipes, too.
They sent me one because I'd been sent two promo mugs for collecting the token off the crumpet packs, BOGOF in Tesco at time, and they thought the quality wasn't up to scratch. Sooo... sent us all £2 of coupons, one of these booklets with the coupons in the back AND they are sending us all 2 new mugs when their new manufactuer has finished them.
Not a bad result considering I bought the crumpets with £2 of coupons which I got through asking their CS sweetly.

I wouldn't touch Kingsmill with a barge poll and that's more for their on going cover up than for anything else. :x

err - how are they covering it up? Sabotage and accidents do happen in factories unfortunatley and it is how it is dealt with that counts. There is nothing in that report to say that Kingsmill are covering anything up. I will continue to eat their bread and thanks very much OP.

They started having problems over a year ago they kept quiet about it, and we only find out now, meanwhile the local stores around their factory haven't been able to sell their stuff in ages. None of their workers there would buy it either. This was all on tv about a month back. When other companies have withdrawn items or ranges for similar, they haven't, that is a cover up although most would expect cover ups to take on the form of Da Vinci code proportions these days.
