Could anyone help me or point me in the right direction.
Can I get a Mortgage?
I am self employed only with one year accounts,
I earn about 20-25k per annum.
I want about a 50% LTV self build mortgage which I already own the land. my gf earns about 15k per annum.
I have excellent score with Experian, but a poor with Equifax.
I have missed payments in past but not for over 12months.
I have minimal debt at the minute and about 15k deposit of which i require a 120k mortgage.
What lender should I look to? or mortgage advisor?
I am based in N. Ireland.

Give people a chance to respond! Most people work and only reply in their free time, e.g. at home...
Give it till tomorrow, I know you're itching for an answer but it'll be worth you waiting for a decent answer rather than nothing at all. To post a reminder after 40 minutes is a little tact less. Patience my good man, patience.Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
