eBags Returns Policy

Has anyone returned a case to eBags before?
They say...
"eBags will pay all UPS return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us."
I'd like to buy a new case for next week but I'm stuck between two. I was thinking I could order both and just return one, since they do free returns.
However I'm confused as to whether I'll have to take it to a post office myself, or will a UPS van come round and pick it up from my home? It's a bit on the big side to carry down the road, I can't wheel it as it will need to be in mint condition
