Time Ipad Question not recieved by me or post office!

Hope you get this sorted out as soon as possible.

I won a camera worth just over £100 back in January. Like you... there was a problem with delivery. Everyone received their camera on time except for me.

Weeks went by and the royal mail website wasn't saying much... and the local post office never answer the phones. I sent them a message on twitter and they told me the package was refused at the dress... yet i had been in every day that week it was supposed to be delivered. Odd.

Took over a month to get it all sorted, the package was eventually sent back to the people that ran the competition and they sent it back out to me with no problems.

Hope your problem is sorted swiftly!

I have had another email today from the Times to say that the Royal Mail has launched a "Serious" investigation into where the ipad has gone.

However having spoken to the Royal Mail myself this morning they have again confirmed that the item was never recieved by them! :think:

Royal mail really are the pits these days - Good luck with the investigation! Maybe you'll get an iPad 2 for your trouble?

I hope they do sort somthing out, The lady at the times im dealing is a bit stern, No mention of "we will get this sorted for you".

I was over the moon on the Ipad win never thought I could be so lucky!

Maybe you could pre-empt the problem with the times lady and say what if it is not traced - when will a replacement be sent?

Ok so we came to the conclusion that the ipad went "missing" somewhere their end.

On Monday a Ipad was sent out to me again and guess what..... The royal mail have lost it somewhere in the Norwich Depot it made it there but never made out!!

So waiting for the times to make a claim to get their money back!

Goodluck really does run out!!
