I've been looking for a name brand eyeliner pencil at reasonable money & struggling a bit. Mostly as the intended use is to sketch caddish moustaches onto small boys for school shows & fancy dress events. (I get bad reactions to things in eyes.) Many thanks smoothe! :beer:

It's funny my OH said the same. She uses loads of mascara and eyeliner for fancy dress parties.
