Hi
I am looking for a company that will include my tax credits when calculating my income. I know the halifax do (or at least used too) but I also need a 100% mortgage
I dont have the best credit history - a few late payments, and last time Halifax said I could have one- through Birmingham Midshires, but they wanted a 5% deposit.
Does anyone have any ideas? I have requested a mortgage broker too ring me but ive already been let down by one - and I need to sort it as soon as possible
Thanks in advance
Bekki

A 100% mortgage with credit problems - may cause a problem with some lenders.
Have you got a copy of your credit file?
What is the purchase price you are looking at?
