I've registered, and now need to send an SAE to the address given.
I must say that the address looks dubious to me, Plot 34A

This is the first time I've registered with an online casino, so would appreciate any thoughts from more experienced MSEr's.

  • I was wondering what do you mean by 'maildrop'?
A man never needs to ask for directions, we always get to where we intended to go, and at exactly the time expected. :T

    Las Vegas Offer FAQs

    Can anyone apply?
The offer is open to UK residents only. Other than that, as long as you are 18 or over, and have registered with Heaven Poker, you will be eligible for your free Las Vegas trip, and can apply for your voucher.

    Can I apply online?
No, you must enclose a SAE (a stamped addressed envelope, addressed to yourself) when applying for your voucher to the address provided above.

Can I play without depositing money and still be eligible?
Yes. The offer is free and open to all those who have registered whether they are playing for fun or for real.

How quickly do I have to return my voucher?
Your voucher will be date stamped before being sent to you. You have 14 days from that date to return your voucher, if you do not return it within that time you will no longer be eligible for a free trip.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my holiday?
The voucher contains detailed information about your free trip. Should you have any further questions after reading the voucher, you will need to contact the helpline number which appears on the voucher itself.

the date is probably expired before you get the mailshot.....;)
  • Just checked them out on google earth and the post code comes up in an industrial estate just south of Chester. Dosn't mean they are kosher tho' only that they dont operate from the middle of a field - What would be so bad in trying it out if all you gotta fork out is the cost of a couple of first class stamps?

    Hi everyone

I tried this about 4 months ago. Sent off my stamped address envelope and after around 2 months (Bu that time I thought it had been a waste of a stamp) I received a voucher from them with ( i think) 2 options on it. The first was for the free vegas trip for one person. There was no option to add a second person on at an extra cost though. The second option i think was for a european holiday for 2 -4 people at a decent price (Roughly £169 per person, dont quote me). I think most people will probably bin the vegas option as there was no way to add on your spouse etc. I had a friend who was up for it going alone to vegas so he filled it in and sent off. It had to be sent off within 10 days. He sent it recorded delivery as it recommended this. All in all I thought it was worth the gamble. I think it said that you would receive at least 14 days notice of the flights and it sounded like it would be sometime within the next 12-15 months. Seemed ok if you are flexible. It did say that when they sent you out the date, they required a refundable deposit, in case you didnt turn up for the flight which they will have paid for (Seems fair). That is what I can remember. Having been to vegas twice before, it does seem a long way to go for 3 days, but free is free and if you fancy it, what you got to lose (The price of a stamp i suppose).

I hope this helps people to make their decision on this.

    Cheers

    Rab

    Sounds VEEEERY fishy..

They're running a business.. There's no chance they'll send a bunch of people to Vegas (extremely expensive flights and hotel) without getting anything back, even if it for "just" one person. Why on earth would they do that?

    I'd definitely stay away :)

I think they are counting on people going for option 2 as most people wouldnt entertain going to vegas alone. As people now know that is the case in advance, people who apply for it now know what they are applying for. I was hoping it would have been for 2, but found a friend who is happy to go alone. That is the point I am making. If you are happy to go alone, apply. If not, dont.
