You could make a paella (rice, toms, green peas, garlic, chorizos sausage, diced onions, paprika, turmaric, peppers, prawns & mussels) or throw in some white fish, wine, toms, onions & garlic to make Bouillabaisse. Yum.Money is not the root of all evil.
It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

I wouldn't do anything fancy with them. I'd just boil or steam them and have them with melted, unsalted butter and maybe some fresh, chopped herbs. I love, love, love langoustines. As with most luxury seafoods simple is often the best0

When did you get these? I might go down to get some if it was recent, sounds like they'd be perfect for paella or flavouring risotto.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0

            Hi Hollydays,
I would gently fry them in garlic butter and serve with a green salad and lots of crusty bread to mop up the juices, then use the shells to make a stock and make a fish chowder.
 This thread has more suggestions:
 how to cook langoustines?
I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the ideas together.
