hi
I am currently renting a property and looking at it i would be saving more money by getting a mortgage and buying a house. The problem I have is that due to the amount of rent I am paying it is making it difficult for me to be able to save for a deposit. I have found an ideal house at a price I can afford when I did the mortgage calculator on natwest website, it is just if anywhere does a 100% mortgage, especially as I will be able to pay more each month than the payment it has come up with

I don't believe that anywhere offers a 100% mortgage anymore0

You need to save at least a 10% deposit, plus fees. Make sure you can afford a mortgage when rates go up as well as where they are now. Debt Free Wannabee forums are the place to go for help in saving up your deposit.0

Skipton Building Society have just launched a 95% LTV mortgage, but only available through Connells mortgage brokers. Apparently (although I've not researched) it is the only one on the market at present.
In this climate there is no 100% options around, and in any case with a predicted fall in house prices this year there is a real possibility would be in negative equity very quickly.0
