Hello,
My partner and I have submitted an application to Nationwide and are currently awaiting their response. My question is, should we be successful in receiving a mortgage offer, how long will this be valid for??
We are awaiting the completion of our new build flat and have been given an estimated entry date of Middle Jan - End of Jan. Is the mortgage offer for 3 or 6 months usually?
Thanks
