panel base surveys

is anyone having trouble with the new panelbase website.i tried to log on to check my balance and was stuck on checking browser compatibility for 10 mins then i gave up.i have tried again and the same problem.i sent them 6 e-mails and they have not replied to any which i find very rude.i just want ti know if anybody is having the same trouble.thanks from juliek

I just logged in, The browser compatibility took about 30 sec and I've got to update my profile,

Not sure that this new site's an improvement. All that brown/terracotta. Oh dear.

I was at £9.50 with £1.50 pending before the new site..now my "Cleared rewards balance" is £8.75?????
dont know how that one works??
If i click into the My credits tab my total balance is £10.75 ? but when i click the "proceed with withdrawal" nothing happens. :mad:

I have sent a few emails..not one reply.
If i take time to do their surveys ,the least they could do is reply to my emails.

Managed easily this morning with IE, and browser compatability only took a couple of seconds.

I've just had an email from panelbase to say they were experiencing technical problems last night. Hopefully logging on will be OK now.
