I've not had a problem.
I looked at my report then did it again a couple of weeks later before saving the report in pdf and called them to stop the membership. Was very professional - confirmed that i got all the data i was looking for, asked that i was aware i wouldn't be able to access the report after i stopped membership, then thanked me for using their service.

No problems at all, except finding the blimming telephone numbers - you must ring to cancel. Sorry I don't have them anymore, but they will be on their websites (somewhere!).0

Yes, i'd terrible problems first time around. The employee was DESPERATE to get me to stay on, was a real salesman. I ended up having to write a complain letter to his manager!! got there in the end! Good luck!0
