Yeah I thought that tonight, you cant turn right coming from Tesco yet. Oh well, the joy of that while they make a roundabout at the junction of West Town Lane.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I was idly wondering about drifting over to see if there were any wonderful bargains, but Brislington is further away than I thought it might be, so I headed off to Southmead as usual, then  crawled down to Tesco at Eastville. Traffic was bad enough doing that!
So, did I miss anything?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
The traffic is diving me nuts, I live on the same road as the store!
I am a little frustrated that they opened the store prior to sorting out the access roads. They consulted our road with regards to the road layout. Basically they will be reducing the two lanes from Tesco toward the Bath road down to one. If you use this road you will realise there is usually two queues of traffic. There will now be one queue, twice as long (potentially longer due to the extra traffic from the store)!
The West Town Lane/Bath Road junction runs at 99.5% capacity, before the Lidl store.
They delivered a £5 voucher to us (and everybody on the road) as a thanks for putting up with the building work.0 -
£5! that was big of them. That road will be horrendous at busy periods with just one lane. Isnt there meant to be a roundabout at the junction of West Town Lane?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I say "plans" like that as it looks like a kid drew them with some crayons.0
