Uggs repairs - Label

bought some classic tall boots from Shudoo just before xmas and one of the labels is already fraying.. am concerned about sending them back as it seems customer service leaves a lot to be desired.. and they dont do exchanges.. I may end up paying full price as I used a voucher code when I originally bought.
Has anyone ever had any repairs done to ugss , its just a label do you think someone can jsut sew it back on ?.. dont know of a needle that could get through that sheepskins and suede though !!

i would phone them then even said quick email to consumer direct see ur rights. shudoo customer service is beyond rubbish -0
