Dormant Ltd Company and SA Tax return ?

Scots
Scots Posts: 149 Forumite
I recieved a reminder from Companies House to say I need to do my first annual return on a Company which I registered this time last year.

The company is dormant, no trading has taken place, it was registered to along with a domain name in order to preserve the names for possible future use.

So technically I am a company director, but I didn't mention this on my recent SA, partly because I didn't think it was relevant.

But now I'm wondering if I should make an amendment to my SA. I tried but I don't know how to put it on. If I add it as an employment/directorship it starts asking for paye numbers and income etc, none of which is relevant.

Could somebody advise me the correct procedure please ?

"Any other information." section of tax return - state you were a Director who received no remuneration, and give the name of the compeny.
